Who are we? What we do?

AIM – Autism In Motion was founded in 2017 by siblings Gennie Tucker, BCBA, LCSW, and Chris Russell, Esq. Inspired by both professional expertise and personal experience, AIM was built on a shared commitment to improving the lives of children with autism and the families who

support them. As the parent of a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Gennie brings a unique perspective that combines

clinical excellence with firsthand understanding of the challenges and successes families experience throughout their journey.

At AIM, we believe every child has the potential to learn, grow, and thrive. Our mission is to help children develop the skills necessary to

achieve greater independence, confidence, and long-term success in their homes, schools, and communities. We provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental conditions through both clinic-based and in-home programs designed to meet each child's unique needs.

We partner closely with each child and family to create a personalized treatment program that builds upon their strengths while addressing

areas of need. By fostering strong relationships with families and caregivers, we help ensure that meaningful progress extends beyond

therapy sessions and into everyday life.

Our clinic-based services provide opportunities for structured learning, peer interaction, social skills development, and intensive therapeutic

support within a dedicated treatment environment. Our in-home services allow children to develop and generalize important skills in their

natural surroundings, helping them apply what they learn to everyday routines and family life. By offering both clinic and home-based services,

we are able to create a comprehensive treatment approach that supports meaningful progress across multiple settings.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child's individual goals. We utilize positive, compassionate behavioral strategies to increase essential life skills, including communication, social interaction, cognitive development, motor skills, self-help skills, adaptive functioning, and school readiness. At the same time, we work to reduce behaviors that may interfere with learning, independence, safety, social relationships, and overall quality of life.

Whether services are provided in the home or within our clinic environment, our focus remains the same: helping children

develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed while equipping families with the support, education, and tools necessary to promote

long-term growth and independence.

At AIM, our goal is not simply to teach skills—it is to empower children and families to build meaningful, lasting success and create

opportunities for a brighter future.

Our Mission

Our mission at Autism in Motion (AIM) is to provide individualized high quality services designed to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder improve their lives. We foster an environment to prepare our clients for a future of independence and success by using evidence based treatment and data driven methods.
